 Kristin Murphy and Jesse Workman were special guests on Bluegrass Breakout recently to talk about this year's Hollergirl Music Festival and Oasis Farms. Hollergirl returns for the 4th year, continuing their mission of empowering and uplifting female musicians by providing a stage for their voices, talent, and stories to shine. The event seeks to honor women in music and inspire the next generation of female artists. Working in cooperation with Hollergirl is Oasis Farms, equipping and empowering mothers to escape domestic abuse by providing employment and onsite housing at Oasis Farms, where they grow nutritious food used to reduce food insecurity in Eastern Kentucky.
