How Much is it Going to Cost?!

That's the number one question we always get.  We know that the budget constraints of events can be tight.  Don't hesitate to reach out if you are doing a nonprofit event or have special needs not addressed below.  To directly answer the question - it depends.  Sometimes musicians' riders can be complex and sometimes your event is simpler than you think!  We offer affordable, high-quality audio & lighting that will make your event shine while we blend into the background. Our goal is to elevate your event while your guests don't even know we are there!  Also if you are a non-profit or a multi-day, please ask about great discounts.   

Services:

Basic Public Address

Description:

If you have a small event that needs very basic 1-2 speakers with the ability to play some background music and run 1-2 microphones for less than 200 people.  This is the system you need.

• 2 Hour Minimum $200
• Each Additional Hour $100

Disk Jockey with Lighting Rig

Description:

This setup takes all of the basic disk jockey capability and adds computer controlled and beat controlled lighting to encourage dance floor use!

Basic Singer-Songwriter

Description:

This system supplements the basic public address system with additional microphones, direct input capabilities for instruments and more for a basic music performance.

Large Front-of-House 

Description:

This system adds additional subwoofers speakers and high register speakers to serve much larger or outdoor venues.  This can be coupled with front fills and scaffolding for additional audio coverage quality and placement for signage or sponsor banners.  This will serve a large band and 600-1200 organized spectators or walking festival visitors.

• 2 Hour Minimum $600
• 2 Hour Minimum w/basic lighting $800

Riders? Backline? Wattage? Oh My!

We specialize in everything from small events to large festivals.  If you are organizing an event, and the band has forwarded you a "Rider", that's wonderful.  This document tells us exactly what they need.  In most cases it is a "Perfect-World-Document" and very rarely in our area do we have the perfect venues.  Thus, this document is used to protect the performer and initiate a conversation with the promoter concerning the feasibility of the venue, audio and event.  You will see terms like "Backline", this refers to a person(s) that sits side stage and operates a totally separate audio console for the artists monitors and in some cases does stage hand services.  Some riders will get very specific and talk about the "wattage" of the system or "decibels" at a certain distance from the stage.  Don't stress! In most cases they are trying to assure you are not running two speakers off a car amp attached to a hamster wheel at your event!

There are lots of really cool things happening in our region and may festivals the have standing dates from year to year.  Events often book, cancel and move so be sure to contact us below with as much advanced notice as possible.
